Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CRYSTALAX products. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

 



📩 How to Start a Return

All returns must be initiated through our customer support team.

Please email:
📧 support@crystalax.co

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

 


 

📦 Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • A Return Authorization Number

  • A Return Mailing Label

  • Detailed return instructions

These documents ensure your return is processed correctly.
Please do not send any item back without receiving this authorization first, as it may result in delays or the package being rejected.

 


 

📮 Sending Your Item Back

After receiving your return instructions:

  1. Place the Return Authorization Slip (if provided) inside the package.

  2. Attach the Return Mailing Label to the outside.

  3. Ship your package using any major carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

  4. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Unless the item is approved as defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Customer pays for return shipping

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: CRYSTALAX covers return shipping

  • Special cases: A shared cost may apply when mutually agreed

 


 

📅 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition and include all accessories, components, and packaging.

 


 

🔍 How Returns Are Processed

Once your return is received at our processing facility:

  1. The item is inspected (this may take up to 7 business days).

  2. If the item is approved, it is either returned to inventory or disposed of, depending on its condition.

  3. A refund will be issued only after inspection is completed.

If an item is returned to an incorrect address or sent without authorization, processing may be delayed or rejected.

 


 

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Processing time:

  • 5–10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Please note: refunds cannot be issued by carriers or third-party logistics providers.

 


 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items sent without return authorization

  • Items returned to the wrong address

  • Items damaged due to misuse (including voltage misuse, modification, or improper handling)

  • Returns submitted after 30 days

  • Free gifts or promotional items

 


 

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To receive a replacement, please return the item for a refund and place a new order through our website.

 


 

❗ Carrier-Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Delivery refusal

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

We will contact you to arrange either:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping fee may apply), or

  • Refund (excluding original shipping cost, unless the issue was our error)
